First right of refusal

Your category position. Every future edition.

Founding sponsors have first right of refusal on their category title for all future editions before the market opens. No competitor can hold your position before you decide whether to renew.

Price locked for Edition II

No markup. No renegotiation.

Your sponsorship price is frozen for the second edition. A Title sponsor paying INR 15 lakhs in Edition I pays INR 15 lakhs in Edition II. Documented as a contractual commitment in your Sponsorship Agreement.

Founding recognition — permanent

Your name in every future edition.

Your company is identified as a founding sponsor of ON:SITE in all materials, present and future. The first edition of a successful event carries permanent brand value. The tenth edition does not offer this.

Contact the team

Confirm category availability. Title and Platinum packages are limited to one per technology category. First confirmed, first served. Package held for 5 business days on verbal commitment.

Sign and pay 50%

Sponsorship Agreement signed. 50% confirmation payment submitted. Remaining 50% is due 8 weeks before the event.

Complete your profile questionnaire

Complete within 5 business days of signing. This activates your Fit Score and account in the matching system. Target buyer seniority, technology category, deal stage, institution type, and exclusions.

Onboarding call with your account manager

Buyer targeting parameters confirmed. Booth and pod brief set. You are introduced to your dedicated account manager who manages your account through to event day.

12-week programme begins

Regular updates from your account manager. Draft schedule at week 8. Substitution window week 9. Final schedule locked week 10. Briefing packs week 11. Event day 20 November 2026.
